Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website of Canviza Services Private Limited ("Canviza", "we", "us") or engaging our immigration consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
Our services
Canviza provides immigration consultancy services including, but not limited to:
- Eligibility assessment for various visa categories
- Document preparation, review and submission support
- Application strategy, timelines and ongoing case management
- Coordination with assessment bodies, embassies and immigration authorities
- Pre-departure and post-landing guidance
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our role is advisory and procedural. Where legal representation is required, we may refer you to a licensed immigration lawyer.
No guarantee of outcome
Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. Canviza does not and cannot guarantee visa approval. Any timeline, probability or outcome indication we provide is an estimate based on past experience and current regulations, not a promise.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
- Immigration rules change frequently and without notice
- Approval depends on factors outside our control, including the discretion of the assessing authority
- A rejection is not grounds for a refund unless stated explicitly in our refund policy
Client obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all times
- Submit genuine documents and never falsify, alter or misrepresent any information
- Respond promptly to our requests for information or documents
- Inform us immediately of any change in your circumstances that may affect your application
- Pay all fees as agreed in your engagement letter
- Comply with all applicable laws in India and the destination country
Providing false information or fraudulent documents may result in immediate termination of our services and forfeiture of all fees. We reserve the right to report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.
Fees & payments
Our professional fees are outlined in a written engagement letter shared before we begin work. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Initial consultation: Free (up to 30 minutes)
- Service fees: Structured in milestones, as per your engagement letter
- Government fees: Paid separately and directly to the relevant authority — not included in our service fee
- Third-party fees: Assessment bodies (WES, IELTS, etc.), medicals, biometrics are billed separately
Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Refund policy
We are committed to transparent, fair pricing. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Before assessment begins: 100% refund of service fees
- After assessment, before document drafting: 70% refund
- After document drafting, before submission: 30% refund
- After submission to authorities: No refund
No refund is provided in cases involving client-provided false information, document fraud, or withdrawal of the application by the client after submission. Government fees and third-party fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Your personal data, documents and case details are never shared with third parties except as required to deliver our services (as described in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
All staff, contractors and partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, downloadable checklists and templates — is the property of Canviza Services Private Limited and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or exploit any part of our content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as printing a checklist for your own case) is permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canviza Services Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any visa rejection or application outcome
- Delays caused by government authorities, embassies or third parties
- Losses arising from changes in immigration law or policy
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Delays or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the client
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the total professional fees paid by the client in the six months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Termination by the client does not automatically entitle them to a refund — refunds are governed by Section 06 of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if the client:
- Provides false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Engages in abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff
- Fails to pay agreed fees after due reminders
- Requests us to engage in any unlawful activity
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication.
